Account deletion

This page explains how to delete your Torool account (com.torool.app) and the associated data, in line with Google Play policy and the GDPR.
1. Delete your account from the app
- Open the Torool app and sign in.
- Go to the Account tab → Settings → Account.
- Tap “Delete my account” and confirm.
Deletion is immediate and permanent. You are signed out and the account cannot be reused.
2. Delete your account by email
If you can no longer access the app, email contact@dbek.fr with the subject “Torool account deletion”, from your account email address (or stating it). Requests are handled within 30 days.
3. Data that is deleted
- your account and profile (email, name, avatar, preferences, locale);
- the events you created, with their guests, RSVPs, questions and seating chart;
- content tied to your events: guestbook, photo album, expenses/kitties, carpooling;
- push tokens and guest access links tied to your events.
4. Data retained and durations

Payments are processed by Google Play / Stripe / RevenueCat; subscription management (cancellation, refund) is handled via your Google Play account.
